Şirketimizin 2024 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi olarak seçilmesine 4 Nisan 2024 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında karar verilmiştir.

PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi has been elected as the Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2024 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations in the General Assembly meeting dated April 4, 2024.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
