4 Nisan 2024 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile; Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Sn. Burak Turgut ORHUN' un ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcılığına Sn. Hayrullah Hakan GÜRDAL' ın atanmasına karar verilmiştir.

With the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 4, 2024; It has been decided to appoint Mr. Burak Turgut ORHUN as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr.Hayrullah Hakan GÜRDAL as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
