Due to the resignation of our Finance and Accounting Assistant General Manager, Mr. Özkan Çimen, effective July 31, 2024, the Board of Directors has decided that, starting August 1, 2024, Mr. Barış Alparslan, currently the Financial Coordinator at Koç Holding A.Ş., will be appointed as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Finance and Accounting at Arçelik A.Ş. Additionally, Mr. Barış Alparslan will also be assigned to the vacant position on the Corporate Governance Committee following Mr. Özkan Çimen's departure.
