19.09.2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda Şirketin bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait ve KGK tarafından 23 Kasım 2023 tarihinde yapılan duyuru ve yayınlanan TMS 29 "Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama Rehberi'ne" uygun şekilde hazırlanan Konsolide Finansal Tablolara ve SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde; VUK yasal kayıtlarına göre enflasyon düzeltmesi sonrası 2023 hesap yılı için net dağıtılabilir dönem karı oluşmadığından, herhangi bir kâr dağıtımı yapılamayacağına ve SPK' nun 07.03.2024 tarih ve 14/382 sayılı kararı Md.1.D.4 gereğince; TMS/TFRS tablolarında enflasyona göre yapılan ilk düzeltme sonucunda ortaya çıkan 184.027.937,02 TL geçmiş yıllar zararının, sermayenin enflasyon muhasebesine göre düzeltilmesinden kaynaklanan 286.499.398,32 TL tutarlı "Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları" hesabından mahsup edilmesine, mevcudun oybirliğiyle karar verildi. |
