Our affiliated company, POMEGA Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA"), and Nordex Enerji A.Ş. ("Nordex"), the leading wind turbine manufacturer in Germany, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a pioneering collaboration in the industry. 

Within the scope of this collaboration, it is aimed to combine Nordex's approximately 40 years of expertise in the wind energy sector with POMEGA's knowledge in LFP battery technology and the battery production capacities in Turkey and Germany. 

Nordex plans to commission Wind Integrated Storage facilities with a total capacity of 5 GWh globally in the coming years. As part of this collaboration, POMEGA has agreed to reserve a production capacity slot equivalent to the determined capacity free of charge for Nordex's Project until June 30, 2025, and to extend this date upon mutual agreement.
