As announced in the material event disclosures dated October 25, 2023, and March 11, 2024, regarding the claim payment to be collected within the insurance scope of İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş.  due to the earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023, an agreement was reached to collect 155 million USD in addition to the two advance fees of 205 million USD received from the insurance companies and a total of 360 million USD was agreed upon. Total collection is planned to be completed by the end of the year. 

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
