As stated in our company's material disclosure dated November 7, 2024, discussions are ongoing with the relevant authorities, national and regional trade unions, and employee representatives at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy) to evaluate the long-term sustainable transformation plan for our Italy operations.
In this context, during the discussions held on November 20, 2024, our company made the following statements:

-Our goal to position Italy as a strategic hub in the industrial design field and the cooking appliances category continues, and it is planned to invest 110 million Eur in our Italy operations for the upcoming periods,
-It is expected that Carinaro will continue to be the center for spare parts and refurbishment,
-With the aim of increasing profitability and efficiency, a rightsizing of certain production operations in the laundry and cooling categories at Cassinetta, Siena, and Comunanza is planned, and in some areas, reindustrialization processes will be initiated. All strategic options, including divestment, will be evaluated, with the goal of continuing production at these factories until the end of 2025.

Representatives from the Ministry and the Union have shared views aimed at protecting local employment, and it has been requested that the proposed suggestions be reconsidered. Discussions will continue with the unions and employee representatives for approximately 2,000 employees expected to be affected by the process across all of our operations in Italy. Significant developments regarding the issue will be made public.
