Using the fund that was obtained from Hektaş's rights issue which was completed on 30.11.2022, the capital of, "HEKTAS ASIA LLC" company raised from 229.248.747.392,41 Uzbekistan SOM to 610.705.855.931,66 Uzbekistan SOM with the decision of Board of Directors on 04.12.2024

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
