The information provided to our Company by the Army Solidarity Corps (OYAK) is as follows;
  
 
  
According to the preliminary memorandum of understanding signed between ORDU Yardımlaşma Kurumu (OYAK) and Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) on 27.11.2023, OYAK indirectly owns 60% of OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş. 
  
 
  
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
