Pursuant to Article 4.2.8. of the Corporate Governance Principles in the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué, our Company's existing "Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance" policy has been updated to be valid for 1 (one) year and with a total liability limit exceeding 25% of the Company's capital.
