Based on the proposal of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to select BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the independent audit company to conduct the independent audit of the financial statements of our Company for the year 2024 and to submit this selection to the approval of the General Assembly.
