According to the provisions specified in Article II-17.1 of the Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Communique No. II-17.1, our company's existing "Directors and Officers Liability Insurance" policy has been renewed with a total liability limit exceeding 25% of the company's capital, as required.
This Material Event Disclosure is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turrkish disclosure will prevail.
