We are pleased to announce the following organizational changes and appointments within Kontrolmatik Energy, Technology, and Engineering Inc., effective as of April 1, 2024.

We are pleased to announce that Osman Şahin Köşker, who has served in various capacities at Kontrolmatik since March 2, 2012, including as Power Systems Engineer, Business Development Engineer, Energy Segment Manager, and Deputy General Manager, and who assumed the role of General Manager on March 1, 2020, will be transferring his responsibilities to Alper Çelebi.

Osman Şahin Köşker will continue his tenure with the Kontrolmatik family as a Member of the Board of Directors, subject to a vote at the first general assembly. Concurrently, he will retain his position as General Manager at our subsidiary, Pomega Energy Storage Technologies Inc., a role he has held since March 1, 2022.

Osman Şahin Köşker, whose significant contributions have played a crucial role in Kontrolmatik's current success and market position, has spearheaded numerous projects, participated in the establishment of subsidiary companies, and played a pivotal role in realizing the company's Mission, Vision, and Strategy. We extend our heartfelt thanks to him for his contributions to Kontrolmatik and wish him continued success in his new, expanded role within the Kontrolmatik family.

As of April 1, 2024, Alper Çelebi has been appointed as the General Manager of Kontrolmatik.      
Alper Çelebi, who completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, commenced his career at Siemens in 2001. Alper Çelebi has held roles in Management Consulting, Project Management, Strategy and Business Development, Sales, and most recently Business Unit Management at Siemens.In his responsibilities in Turkey, Germany and the United Arab Emirates, he led the creation and execution of new market entry and growth strategies. Most recently, he served as the Country Business Unit Manager of the Electrification and Automation division at Siemens Turkey We extend a warm welcome to Alper Çelebi and wish him every success in his new role.
