Şirketimizin 20 Mayıs 2020 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısında görev dağılımı yapılmış olup; Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı'na Tuncay Özilhan'ın, Başkan Yardımcılığı'na ise Kamilhan Süleyman Yazıcı'nın seçilmelerine karar verilmiştir.

According to the Board decision dated 20 May 2020 related to the distribution of duties, Tuncay Özilhan was elected as the Chairman of the Board and Kamilhan Süleyman Yazıcı as the Vice-Chairman.
