It was previously stated that the General Assembly decision dated 29.04.2020 regarding the appointment of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor of our Company for 2020 was registered on 15.05.2020. This decision was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on 22.05.2020.
