Sarkuysan Board of Directors Chairman Hayrettin Cayci stated in a  filing with the Public Disclosure Platform that on December 2, 2014 he  has purchased 15,000 shares of Sarkuysan A.S. stock between a per  share price range of TRY 3.14-3.15. Following the transaction, Mr.
Cayci's stake in Sarkuysan A.S. has increased to 7.30%.
