At the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 19 April 2024; Max Roger SPEUR, Burak Turgut ORHUN, Ahmed Cevdet ALEMDAR and Mehmet FIRAT have been elected as the Members of the Board of Directors, and Nevgül BİLSEL SAFKAN and Kamuran UÇAR have been elected as the Independent Members to serve for a term of three years.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held today following the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, it has been unanimously decided to elect Max Roger SPEUR as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Burak Turgut ORHUN as the Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors.
